Information on members/partners is limited to contact information and mooring/boat information. Information collected on member children is limited to name and birthyear. This is solely for the purpose of determining who is a family member. See Article II of the by-laws more information. Information on Non-members is limted to name and email address.
Member data is used by the club for billing, communications, generating the log book, and keeping track of mooring assignments. It is not shared with anyone outside the club. Email addresses are used for communicating to members and non-members concerning operation of the club. For example, RC assignment reminders.
Access to member information is limited to members (for their own information) and the Board of Governors as needed for operating the club.
